Hey Amanda — nice list. I’m still doing mine. A few days ago, myself, Bryan Acker (Herohill) and Brendan Murphy (like me, ex-Hour) were tweeting back and forth about how many we had locked in. In the past 48 hours I’ve gone from 2 to 3 to 4 and back to 2. Strangely, though, we don’t (at present) have any overlap.

Great interview. Growing up there were not alot of women in music who caught my ear. The first was Joan Jett which was at that time an anomaly. There are more women out there these days who write their own music and play their own instruments but women who do still don’t get much AOR play. You will never hear women musicians being played back to back on any top 40 radio station. I never hear Tegan and Sara on the radio. Still have to dig to find the gold and Tegan and Sara are GOLD.
